Privacy policy

This platform stores account, business, order, payment, visit and attendance records to operate Himalaya Pine distribution. Vendors can access their own records; employees can access records assigned to them according to their permissions.

Employee attendance and visit entries require a fresh camera selfie and current location with GPS accuracy. These records and work/break times are visible to the employee and Admin. Camera and location permissions are requested for each capture flow. Continuous background tracking is not used.

Session cookies support secure sign-in. Confidential account and financial responses are not cached for offline use.
